About Kinetic Seas · OTCQB: KSEZ

Navigating the kinetic sea of artificial intelligence

“Our mission is to help enterprises navigate the kinetic sea of artificial intelligence — always moving, always changing — and bring practical, production-ready AI safely into their business.”

Kinetic Seas

An AI company that builds its own foundations

Kinetic Seas (OTC: KSEZ) is an AI consulting and infrastructure firm based in Schaumburg, Illinois. We combine hands-on consulting with platforms we develop and maintain ourselves — so our clients get advice grounded in software we stand behind.

We work across the agent ecosystem — Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangChain and LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI and the Model Context Protocol — and we choose what fits your problem.

History

Evolutionary, not revolutionary

  1. 2021

Our management team launched the concept of Kinetic Seas to provide data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence consulting to business and government clients. The team quickly identified the lack of available GPU compute resources as the key impediment to implementing ML/AI in business — without infrastructure, ML/AI consulting would be a dead end — and development of the Kinetic Cloud and the technologies to support it began.

At the time, Large Language Models like ChatGPT had not been released, and even widely used AI technologies like convolutional and recurrent neural networks were mostly unknown to the public. Our initial focus was on open-source libraries for bringing data science and machine learning into existing businesses.

  2. Late 2023

We assembled the resources and funding to purchase a controlling interest in Bellatora (OTC: KSEZ), with the goal of creating an innovative AI consulting, research and development, infrastructure, and software company: Kinetic Seas. The name is a metaphor for AI — “kinetic” because it is always moving, and like the “sea” because AI developers must be prepared to go wherever the technology takes them.

  3. Today

Kinetic Seas is a Certified Member of the Claude Partner Network and the developer and maintainer of the MaluDB Memory System, the MaluDB Business OS and ProcessCore — providing the end-to-end infrastructure a business needs to bring AI to production.

Vision

Closing the gap between proof-of-concept and production

We believe the defining challenge of the next decade is not building smarter AI — it is helping enterprises put frontier AI to work safely, responsibly, and at production scale. Most organizations do not fail at AI for lack of technology; they fail in the gap between a promising proof-of-concept and a governed system running in production. Our vision is to be the implementation partner that closes that gap.

Six commitments

Helping enterprises identify where AI delivers real, measurable business value — and being honest about where it doesn't.

Carrying projects from proof-of-concept into production, with the governance, evaluation, and human oversight that enterprise deployment demands.

Managing the compliance, security, and change management that determine whether AI adoption actually sticks.

Investing in certified, continuously trained practitioners — because AI expertise belongs to people, and our clients deserve proof of it.

Building the production infrastructure AI systems need to last: governed institutional memory, private compute, and operational tooling.

Proving our work in public — open-source code, published white papers, and customer outcomes we can show, not just claim.

These commitments reinforce each other: trained people build governed systems, governed systems earn production trust, and production results become the public proof that lets the next enterprise adopt AI with confidence. We measure success the way our clients do — AI running in production, people enabled to use it, and value that shows up in the business.
